NTUC Care (Special Assistance)

NTUC Care (Special Assistance) provides a one-off cash relief of up to $150 to eligible NTUC union members to assist our lower-income union members to cope with the rising cost of living such as groceries and transportation.

Who can apply for the NTUC Care (Special Assistance)

The NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance) aims to assist our lower-income union members to cope with the rising cost of living with a one-time cash relief. Eligible members will receive up to $150 to offset their day-to-day expenditure.
 

Who can apply for the NTUC Care (Special Assistance)

Union members must meet the following criteria to be successful in their application: 

1. Membership
   Members who wish to apply for the grant must have at least 6 continuous months of membership at the point of application and must not be in arrears.
 2. Income
 
  • Total Monthly Gross Household Income of $4,300 and below, OR
  • Per Capita Income of $1,075 and below if Gross Household Income exceeds $4,300


Note:

  • Household refers to member’s immediate family members living in the same household in Singapore excluding domestic helper.
  • Gross income is defined as all income derived from employment/business, inclusive of overtime and allowances.

 

How to apply for NTUC Care (Special Assistance)

The application period is from 11 February 2026, 12pm to 18 March 2026, 4pm. Please note that late submissions will not be processed. 

 

Applications must be submitted online through the OneCARE System.

 

Please prepare and upload the following documents when submitting your application:

  1. Income documents of the member and all family members living in the same household as the member, excluding those who are currently studying;
  2. Birth certificates of all children in the household as the member;
  3. Proof of residential address for all family members living in the same household as the member, except for the member’s spouse and children
